What about the 2027 Model Y? It uses the same Juniper design as the 2025–26 car, so accessories made for the 2025–26 Model Y should fit it too. The one part to double-check is anything for the wireless charging pad, which Tesla may change on 2027 cars.
If you bought gear for an older Model Y, or you are shopping for a newer one, the year matters more than the name on the listing. We drive a 2026 Juniper, so we cannot test fit on a 2020–2024 car ourselves. The chart below is based on how makers and our own guides describe these items: most interior pieces are sold in separate versions for each car.
First: which Model Y do you have?
The quick tell is the front end. The original 2020–2024 Model Y has separate headlights and no light bar. The 2025 and newer Juniper has a thin light bar across the nose. Do not go by the interior alone: the lower-cost Juniper Standard skips some of the new features, so the light bar is the reliable test.

“Usually no” means most versions are made for one car or the other. The exceptions are listings that name both years, so always read the year range.
How to buy the right one
- Search with your year or the word Juniper. Plain “Model Y” searches mix both cars together.
- Read the year range on the listing. Some products come in two versions under one name, so pick yours.
- Check the photos against your interior. If the console or footwell in the picture is not the one in your car, it will not fit.
- Look at the return policy first. Fit is the most common reason people send accessories back.

No. The 2025 refresh changed the floor shape enough that Juniper mats do not fit the original car, and vice versa. Always check the year range on the listing.
